Gourmet Street Food Toasties

Welcome to the Jabberwocky Leamington Spa. We are a proudly independent micro-business serving toasties since 2010. We source locally, package ethically and put back into the community wherever we can. Our food vans thunder all around Warwickshire and the Midlands: visiting your festival, attending your street food event or catering your wedding. We’re not just about cheese toasties, no matter home many awards we have for them, so check out all our other food types below and see what we can do for you.

Betty the Flame Red Food Truck

Our food vans are something a little out of the ordinary, just like our food. We don’t just want to cater your event, we would like to nail it. Our honest-to-God goal is to serve amazing food like we mean it, because that’s what we enjoy doing.

Award Winning

Who doesn’t love a bit of recognition? We’ve got that covered. Ask us about serving award-winning food at your event for the ones that have been spanked with trophies!

Balu the Converted Ambulance Food Truck

Festivals would be a little tight in Betty, but our magnificent retired NHS ambulance Balu tackles them with the grace and endurance. Squeaky clean, certified up to the roof hatches and big enough for any length of service, Balu is living his best life right now.

Festival Food Applications

It's that time of year again! As you read this, thousands of street food traders across the country are sending hundreds of festival food applications across the British Isles, so that come summer there will be actual food and drink at music festivals, rather than...

The Jabberwocky Family

It's a terrible title, I grant you that. It sounds like we're all off on a team-building weekend in the Brecon Beacons with trust exercises and raft building. However, we did actually start a family. This is why the blog has been much quieter than usual recently....

Sushi Afternoon Tea

Last night Barny was at the Cafe Life Awards in London. We were nominated for the Manwich, the Scotch Egg toastie and a pet project we had been working on: Sushi Afternoon Tea. Sushi is beautiful, classically presented and full of fish. The only difference to an...

For an accurate quote we need the Event Location, Guest Numbers and Date along with Your Name (because “your majesty” is a bit of a mouthful) .

All done emailing? Nice. We will get back to you as soon as we can, but in the mean time you could while away the hours with this post about booking wedding food, or perhaps an enlightening sermon on the difference between grilled cheese, paninis and toasties.

What some of our customers have said…
