Why Street Food is like Rock Music
I would like to propose that music and street food are the same thing. They are a commodity that is bought and consumed, and then hopefully bought again. Of course with music you usually only have to buy a song once to have it with you forever, but I would also like to point out that you would starve, you and your song. With street food, and probably many other businesses, the similarity to the music industry is eerie, so I will make my case on the grounds that if we treated entrepreneurs like rock stars, the economy would probably be fine.
